Sad to think we'll only have him for 1 year, but if he goes top 10 then it means he kills it this season.

Lamelo Ball shouldn't be a lottery pick.
Ball is overrated and Stewart my be the #1 pick.
I can agree on Nico at 7, but whoever made this mock draft is stupid. Doesn't even have Josh Green getting drafted which is crazy and Melo Ball is not anywhere near a top 5 pick.

I was thinking the exact same thing.
Also surprised that the local kid Ochai is on the lottery board. He wasn't recruited by anybody out of the MWC until KU pulled him in at the last minute. He is an unbelievable athlete, however I don't know that he'll get enough minutes to be seen as a Top-14 draftee.
I think Nico will have to over perform on expectations to realistically get drafted that high. His wingspan will be highly scrutinized by NBA scouts, and he'll have to prove that it isn't an issue. And no matter how well he performs there are some NBA GMs that absolutely put measurables like that above college performance.
Can't wait to see Nico in a UA uni. But this is just another reason HS kids with great talent should have the option to go straight to the NBA.
Nico draft position will be interesting. This is a very PG heavy lottery so it will be in the eye of the beholder in terms of who gets drafted where. That being said I think Nico is the best shooter of the crop and his athleticism and intangibles should make him either the first or second to go off the board.
This is the last draft before high schoolers can be drafted? If that is the case, lots of guys gonna go early to avoid the first class of seniors to jump in.
As respectful as I can put it, I don't want my Bulls to draft Ball at #4.
We already have Dunn, signed Satoransky AND drafted White at #6.
We literally can drafted ANY other position than PG next season.
Do not turn into that MIN front office that drafted three PGs in the 1st round and none of them planned out for them.
Is that just a bunch of freshmen and international players in the top there? Would be crazy if there was not an upperclassman drafted til #12.
Stopped reading when I saw Melo at #4. Whoever made this is below 20 y.o. and watches WAAAAYYY too many instagram highlights
