I like his game from what I see as he drives and dishes and makes things happen for his team-mates. Ability to finish at the rims is also good and his shot looks ok. Looks like more of a PG than Hazzard to me. When breaking down a zone the drive and dish is critical.
I think the young man is a winner..I'd take him.
The things that stand out to me are:
1) He doesn't telegraph anything he does. He looks off defenders like a quarterback in football. He uses misdirection not often seen at his level.
2) He's very athletic for his lanky build. I can just imagine how much more athletic he may become when he adds more muscle to his frame.
3) His moves are very precise. A very high level of accuracy in his passing. Of course, It's a highlight vid, so that's what I'm supposed to see, but...he has a knack for finding the right place to be on the floor.
Kid looks very good. Has some amazing athleticism, handles and passing ability. Reminds me a little of Ja Morant. So he is a JUCO freshman going into his sophomore season? What are the transfer rules for that? Would he have to sit out a year?

No, JUCOs can transfer anytime.
Most D1 programs try to cover their tracks by telling prospects they won't offer until their sophomore year, to see how they develop, etc.
If you are good enough, and someone REALLY wants you, they will find you and bring you in immediately.
