Title: Kadeem looking good for the knicks
Post by: jumpinjohnny on March 30, 2019, 09:00:53 PM
K A has made himself some serious money with the new two-way contract. He's been putting up solid numbers and getting solid minutes, possibly to Trier's disadvantage. Kadeem can play in the league--that's a for sure.

Kadeem "Abdul Jabbar" Allen as paid his dues and deserves a shot.  Wonder when he got that nickname?  Hell of a name to live up to.

Probably the biggest reason I don't get upset when teams tank.
Players like Allen and Trier get to play extended minutes against real NBA competition and you see what they can do.
He may not stick with the Knicks, which he AND Trier both should, but both have proven they can hold their own and belong in the NBA.

CSM has no final four or NC, but he prepares players for the next level!

That is one thing you can't deny.
Miller has sent more than a few players to the NBA and they have been mainstays, almost all of them are with their orinigal franchise.
McConnell/Gordon/Hollis-Jefferson/Johnson/Markkanen are all from the Miller era.
Johnson/Jerrett/Tarczewski have played in the NBA also, but haven't found a home yet.
