Arizona can't buy a bucket & go down to USC 80-57
As their starting center sat out with a sore back, the Arizona Wildcats were trounced by the USC Trojans 80-57 on Thursday night in Los Angeles.
The Wildcats (14-6, 5-2 Pac-12) regressed to their baffled-by-a-zone ways, turning in their worst offensive performance of the season. USC's long, athletic defense held UA to a season-worst 28 percent shooting and a putrid 5-for-25 mark from 3.

They are who we thought they were. Pretty obvious now, teams with good bigs are going to be a problem all year. After everything that's happened to Arizona the past year this team has been over-achieving IMO. Road game W's are going to be hard to come by. Offensive percentages have got to get better and these guys are just too hot and cold.

That was the worst D-1 game I've ever watched.
The only competent player on the floor was Rakocevic.
If USC played anybody else last night, they would have lost by 20.
Live by the 3 die by the 3. Especially if the lay ups and mid-range jumpers aren't falling.
Without Jeter we were helpless . Terrible play. At the game and it was embarrassing.
