Arizona Vs USC game discussion thread 1/24/19 7pm FS1
The Wildcats are coming off a nice bounce back win over Oregon St. They are now 14-5 & 5-1 in the Pac12. They will be facing a 10-8 & 3-2 USC squad coming off a Big win over UCLA. Bennie Boatwright is the leading scorer for UCLA averaging 17.3ppg. There is no game line out as of yet, but the ESPN match-up predictor only gives Arizona a 48.7% chance of winning.
Let's talk about how you think the Wildcats will do against the Trojans on Thursday night.

Now we get to see if we can repeat the 3 point shooting style from the OSU game. Was that an anomaly or do we play better when forced to play from the perimeter?
If you were to ask me before the season would have started, this game is exactly how I imagined each team to play.
For Arizona, struggle to get into the paint, struggle to knock down shots from deep, no interior defense and no real go-to scorer on offense.
For USC, using their outside shooting to break away and their two bigs to use their length inside to dominate opponents.
You can clearly see Williams still trying to score when he can, and Coleman is still getting into the paint and creating VERY good shots for his teammates.
We just can't knock down shots and it is beginning to show as no one is willing to take a shot from the outside.
Randolph has hit a sophomore slump and based on his performance the last week and half, I don't expect us to lose any underclassmen to the NBA right now.

We are a collection of streaky shooters, more often off than on. It is what it is.
