Title: Bad look for Nevada as Ehab Amin de-commits
Post by: WILD on June 01, 2018, 10:45:38 AM
Bad look for Nevada as commit Ehab Amin reopens recruitment due to a loaded roster. Even with Amin's de-commitment Nevada will still be at 14 scholarship players which is 1 over the 13 scholarship limit.

I guess Musselman didn't expect all three draft prospects to return AND land a McDs All-American.
He's trying to load up for a great run next season.
I can understand and respect it.
Nevada may not be this good in a LONG time, so you have to strike while the iron is hot, well relatively warm..

Know of any big men interested in de-committing to take our last scholarship?

True. If Trey Porter stays, which it looks like he'll be a starter, Nevada will lose its entire starting lineup after next year (assuming Jordan Brown is a OND). Plenty of scholarships to give next year, but Musselman is no Miller, and Nevada is no UA. He will be begging three star recruits to take a scholarship.
