Well, if the NBA and NBPA is able to get their way, the 2020 class would be able to jump straight to the NBA, and the ones that decide to go to college we would have for at least two years?
I know we would miss out on the Gordons/Johnsons/Markkanens/Aytons of the world, but we would be able to develop some actual chemistry with players we KNOW we would have for more than one season.

Just imagine how many players we could watch if we actually had a SECOND assistant like every other major power in the country.
