Junior ALLONZO TRIER + Sophomore RAWLE ALKINS + Freshman DEANDRE AYTON = Arizona is going to be PROBLEM next year.
Allonzo Trier
Allonzo Trier, Arizona's leading scorer last season, is returning for the 2017-18 season instead of declaring for the NBA Draft.
Actually Trier never left and is "all in" for next season.
"He is committed to bringing home a national championship," "He loves his teammates and his fans."
Trier also replied to a tweet suggesting he can be "NPOY" (national player of the year) next season by saying "eyes on it."
Rawle Alkins
Alkins averaged 10.9 points, 4.9 rebounds and 2.1 assists in 28 minutes per game as a freshman while shooting 37 percent from 3-point range.
He withdrew from the NBA Draft and returned to Arizona for his sophomore year after a strong performance at the NBA combine.
"I can't wait to help the Wildcats win a national championship," Alkins said.
DeAndre Ayton
UA is going to get a monster next year. They've got a rare talent. Coach (Sean) Miller is going to use it. They'll showcase the talents he has. It's going to be crazy to watch this kid.
Ayton might be the most talented player in Arizona history the second he puts an Arizona uniform on. He may not be the best, but his ability is freakish. We've seen guys like AG recently, but Ayton's physical tools are on a different level.
"Every school has a coach that won a national championship. Sean Miller has never went to a Final Four. I want to make history there"
Trier and Alkins could the best wing duo in the nation and you add to that the potential #1 pick in next year's draft in Ayton. Arizona is going to be a problem.
