Evan Miya bracket prediction. The average BDU fan may not be pleased lol.

I would be disappointed to not reach the Elite 8 this season.

Totally understand why they think Arizona would fall to Tennessee...a team that lost to Kansas, Bama, Florida, etc. (the common opponents whi lost to Arizona).

You can run a bracket simulation yourself on the site.
When you run your does Arizona make a deep run?

Today's bracket simulation: Arizona National champs. https://x.com/i/status/2028953937458426207

Considering he has Az losing in 16 2 days ago, they win one more (really good game) and they jump to champs...Make it make sense.

it's a simulation and basketball is a game of runs. Rarely does the best team win in March

So the simulated results at best, is mostly random. Got it. Seems like a good use of time.

Simulated results exactly, not "at best" even says so in the title lol. Shocking he can't predict the future!
People fill out brackets all over the place, it's a national past time.
Watching sports is rarely "a good use of time."
Relax, it's just entertainment.

That's fair. Figured being a data / analytics site, there would just be more behind the randomizer mock.

There is in fact a lot that goes into a simulation like this.
When you run the simulation you are looking at 1 of 1. Just as if the actual Tournament were played over and over it would reveal lots of different outcomes.

In order for the predictive model to become potentially more accurate you'd want to run it many, many times (literally millions).
A simulation model is just a tool and something to play around with. Obviously the REAL deal is coming soon and we all hope the Cats make a deep run then!

Evan Miya's site has a testimonial from Coach Pasternak. It must be wonderful!

The sad part is that I would not have been upset had Arizona made it to the Elite Eight and lost to Illinois.
That is a realistic result in my NCAA alternate universe.
To lose to Tennessee is not something I believe will happen.
Lloyd is a much better coach than Baby Pearl, and I do believe that would be the biggest factor in deciding the winner in that matchup.
