What a douche. The kid can't make up his mind...now now UW will take legal action, in a hilarious turn of events.
The Huskies will be the laughing stock of the Big-10 after a mediocre season and another farewell from Fisch in January 2027. It's inevitable.
"Sources told Thamel that Washington is prepared to pursue all legal avenues to enforce Williams' signed contract. According to details of Williams' contract, Washington is not obligated to enter Williams into the transfer portal or "otherwise assist or facilitate the Student-Athlete's transfer to another college or university."
Good luck with that.
UW Law Students are about to make an attempt to keep a man prisoner when in the end I am sure he will get double the money from somewhere else.
Jedd always gets his just desserts.
The school can't opt out of an NIL contract so a judge will likely agree that the student can't do the same. He "committed", the same way he did to Arizona. This kid will realistically be in purgatory for the next 12 months and I don't feel bad for him (or Fisch).
