Wildcats Roll Past Baylor With Dominant Second Half on Senior Day 41-17

Arizona closed out Senior Day in style, pulling away in the second half to beat Baylor 41–17 and cap an impressive home schedule at 6–1. After trailing 17–14 at halftime, the Wildcats dominated the final two quarters, outscoring the Bears 27–0 and turning a tight game into a comfortable win. Kedrick Reescano powered the offense with three rushing touchdowns, including a hard-charging 19-yard score that broke the game open. Noah Fifita added 183 passing yards and a touchdown, while Kris Hutson delivered a career day with nine catches for 133 yards and a score. Arizona's defense slammed the door with three forced turnovers and three fourth-down stops, preventing Baylor from mounting any kind of response.

Head coach Brent Brennan praised his team's resolve, saying, "We knew this would be a four-quarter battle, and we knew we'd have to play harder for longer." Running back Ismail Mahdi credited the offensive line for Arizona's late surge, noting, "Those guys are unbelievable — everyone believes in each other, and it shows." The win marked Arizona's fourth straight and tied a program record for most home victories in a single season, further solidifying the Wildcats' strong finish as they head toward bowl season.

Wow. A coach that can INSPIRE and make college football fun for the players?  Brennan is ALL IN.

I'm still cautiously optimistic because last year was a train wreck but the Cats are on the right track and recruits will continue to commit to our staff because they're genuinely amazing people.

Now let's embarrass our rivals in tempee.
