As expected, Peat was going to be a better interview than Burries.
Peat has had a lot of cameras and microphones in his face a lot more than Burries.
I am sure his lineage has prepared him for being in the spotlight early.

I am very excited to see Burries/Peat play this season.
I hope both of them kill, raise the floor of this program and declare for the 2026 NBA Draft.

Interesting question about Koa vs Carter Bryant. Koa is clearly not worried about it. He knows it doesn't matter. He is well paid and knows only Tommy Lloyd can fuck this up

He also knows that Arizona has a gapping hole at both F spots.
The cards are set for him to snatch one of those, and I assume Awaka would come off the bench as a combo big playing both F/C spots.
If Peat is not walking out with the starters in that season-opener against Florida?
Lloyd has clearly f****d up this situation.

100% without a doubt. Koa should be capable of playing against those teams at that level. Even if he gets his ass handed to him, he should be out there competing. Doesn't mean the offense has to run through him, but he could establish himself against some very high quality players and also learn where he needs to improve. Tommy has no choice in my mind, but to play both Koa and Burries at Maximum minutes in those Marquee OOC games. He needs to know what he has to work with.

Also, not sure if Florida still plans to "employ" the 7'9" Olivier Rioux, but I saw him in the U19 for Canada and if he is "deployed" this year I want to see Krivas look small. Zach "Yao" Edey had his way with Krivas a couple years ago. Need to see if Krivas learned how to play basketball early in this season so Tommy doesn't waste as much time as he has in the past when we may have other ways to have optimal lineups available.

Can't wait until January 4th to find your "rotation". Tommy has to learn quicker.

If Lloyd is planning on competing deep into April/May?
He needs to have his rotation established BEFORE the season opener.
As the season goes on, that is where he sees who can handle what and how much more/less minutes you could give prospects to stabilize your foundation going into the back-half of Big 12 play, into the Big 12 Tourney, and hopefully the NCAA Tournament.
