Junior county has just scheduled visit with arizona for September 12th, if I had to guess though arizona offered this kid late, at times that has hurt us, the other schools are probably ahead in the recruitment, but that's me guessing, I don't know anything, I am guessing here.

Glad to see arizona has a visit scheduled with junior county, hopefully that gives arizona a shot in the recruitment, of course now it's also about nil.

I am not as high or excited about him as some of my cousins seem to be.
I have not been able to figure out why.
I just believe Arizona could find someone that is better.
I am sure he is not the top prospect on their board at that F spot.
I would like to think Collins and Williams would be higher priorities until they weren't.

I have no idea on that, but since Tommy does not offer many scholarships to the high school class i feel they want him, if you listen to scheer he says there recruiting county an alozie at the 2, an from what he is saying is it will be hard to land both of them, probably one or the other.
From highlights county seems to have a really nice looking jumper, it's always hard just watching highlights.
It seems like alozie, cam holmes, cam willams are all a priority.

Now that I am awake, I have no idea how the G recruitment is going to work out for Arizona in 2026.

The wildcard is not knowing how many prospects are going to be gone after the 2025-26 season.
Three seniors, two to the NBA, two could go EURO, and any one of them could transfer?
This roster could realistically lose its entire rotation from this season.
I do not believe that will happen, but there is a possibility.

I don't want to say this is a major over-think, but I do think that the questions you have here already have some answers to them. Tommy will definitely have to use the Transfer Portal to build the team after this season. He has plenty of in-house talent that won't be leaving next year, but they won't be better than making some "signings". If Tommy can land just 1 5* centerpiece type of talent in recruiting it will be enough from what I am seeing at the moment. So I would just expect Tommy to buy a team of Junior/Senior upper classmen type to bridge the gap for heavy minutes while still trying to develop some of the players we won't see on the court much this year.

We won't know until the season starts and we begin to see how the rotation shakes out.

I also agree that the portal will be used...unless Lloyd finds a couple freshmen that are willing to wait until early April to decide on a school.
Realistically, we "could" have 8 guys "testing the NBA waters" but we could also only lose one freshman (plus the graduating seniors). Recruiting will be fluid until we see which players earn minutes and have a legitimate shot at the next level.
