As someone who has been up that way I can tell you that Tucson to Storrs is about as far as it gets to travel... I wonder if it will be in Hartford.. it won't be considered "neutral", but similar to how we played Alabama in Phoenix.. I would want UConn in Tucson. It is only about 35 miles from the airport, but roads up there / miles are way different than on our "grids" of Tucson and Phoenix where it is easy driving.
