Very good news. Delly grew on me. I am hoping that he can get on the court and be our Knock Down shooting specialist. Guys like Delly make players like Carter, Burries, Bradley, Koa, Krivas, and Awaka better (everybody).

He may very well be a nice kid, but Delly returning next year is like having your Shoutbox color change from "baby shit" brown to "monkey puke" brown. Let's hope his lateral quickness and defense improves in his "monkey puke" brown year.

I've got to agree. He grew on me as he grew as a player. Some of his baseline moves are unexpected and fun to watch. A lot has been said about his defensive deficits, but I thought those dimished as the season went along.
With an offseason under Chris Rounds, he'll be able to fight on defense, which is his biggest need for improvement. Delly's offense is solid and he'll be a nice spark from the three point line.

I think he came in and was over-played too quickly and it left a weird vibe. He developed a role. He became super reliable at the FT Line and he hit timely 3s.
Burries and Bradley aren't going to need to combine for 20 3's per game. Delly can get maybe 6 attempts off and it would be in the flow. The way we play, even going 2/6 or 2/5 would be huge.
If Carter returns then we had some toughness with Krivas, Carter, Awaka and Koa.. Delly won't need to be shoved from the perimeter into the 2nd row without a call in a Houston game the way it went down this year.
