I imagine starting 2 if he commits to arizona, hopefully  burries commits an Carter returns if so our starting  5 could be set, if there is no portal entrys.

Peat signing tilted the scales of Burries' camp to Arizona. Then Lloyd perfectly timed a new contract with the UofA signing which reassured him.

Tennessee and Alabama fell behind. Alijah Arenas push for him to come to USC wasn't enough & Oregon lost steam after Burries skipped a late visit.

During the McDonald's All-American week Burries said that Lloyd highlighted "being part of one of the top freshman classes" and taking over for Caleb Love.

Replacing Love and starting as a freshman joining a stacked 2025 class with Peat and Aristode likely is what sealed the deal.

I was somewhat concerned that Alabama may lure Burries away from Arizona. They're in the glorious SEC, they're the current title holders of Point Guard U, and they've got an obvious vacancy after the departure of Mark Sears.

I'm far less concerned about it now, though, considering they just secured Jalil Bethea from the Portal. That appears to be Nate Oats conceding defeat on Burries.

Burries is NEEDED at Arizona. Without a doubt.

The other schools can get by. Oregon still has the almighty Jamari Phillips.

Burries doesn't need to water down his game chucking 12 3pt shots per game at Alabama.

Burries will never get a shot up at USC with Arenas plus the traveling sucks.

Tennessee really doesn't have the system that Burries will thrive in.

I think Arizona is the place to be next year and he will setup his future the brightest.

I'm really rooting for this result.
