I don't think Kerr deserve the clowning, but it is funny never the less.
If he were healthy and sucked, then fine, but he was injured. Played hurt to start the year. Couldn't continue. So now I think he's just going to be filed away in the forever misunderstood category.
I don't know if a career 37% FG shooter deserves a huge NIL. Regardless, I love his intensity and effort. Hopefully he can make a nice career out of basketball.
Now that's funny, glad to see comedy is alive and well.
Conrad just went portaling.
We Kerr-ently have an opening.

I don't know about that. NIL is highly individualized. There will be some much better players getting way less money than others simply due to representation. "Keep it in the family, lose out on cash". I see it in the pros where everyone's mom, dad, aunt, or uncle, want to handle the contracts and they get worked by professionals.
However,
The worst NBA player this year shoots just over 38% and then we have the 40% bunch.
James Harden
LaMelo Ball
Trae Young
all are just a smidgeon over 40% shooting about 17ft out on average which is fair as those guys can get some layups, but most of their shots are going to be 3s or Mid Range like Kerr.
You're acting like 37% is outright horrible for a Shooter who is not a "tall" player where some buckets will come easy.
No, Kerr is not Harden, Lamelo, nor Trae... but you are really clowning the guy for bad reasons.

I hope to see Conrad be an elite Floor General. Tommy made a lot of mistakes to the point he is Burger Boys or Bust at the moment.
That's not an unfair statistic. This was Lloyd's worst FG% team in his four seasons in Tucson...and our WORST shooter (Love) shot 40%.
37% career is not a fluke. It's bad.

That's what happens when 80% of your FGAs are 3s.
True. The easy solution is to take smarter shots.
Kerr has underwhelmed for sure. But I always loved his swagger. Veesaar too. Something about those Estonian kids.
