It could be, but that's 2 bad losses in 3 games. Oh yeah, losing just sucks.
Arizona will be a 2 seed , rested, injury free and highly motivated going into the ncaas.winning the pac12 tournament has not done them any favors in the past. Can't worry about the seed they're matched up against. High seeds frequently get knocked off early, even so called unbeatable teams like Houston and Connecticut
Winning hasn't been great to us, so try losing?
At least this means we're incredibly unlikely to lose the 1st game.
Hopefully, UNC falls and leaves Tennessee to be the top seed in the West. If we somehow make it to the Elite 8 in LA, the Arizona fans would dominate the Staples Center.
Lute hated the PAC tourney due to high chance of injury playing 3 days straight and less rest for the players before March Madness.
Exactly. Arizona may not make the final four, but they have a better chance being rested, healthy and highly motivated. I like their chances more not that they're out of the pac12 tournament,The conference tournaments serve no purpose except to make more money.

He definitely hated the tourney. Lute showed zero emotions during the PAC-10 matchups.
In a way I am glad we are now not winning pac tournament I fill if we had this team would have gone on to lose early In NCAA tournament,
However it doesn't mean we won't lose early but I fill the odds are better to have a deep run.
Hopefully arizona gets there act together, really struggling.
We used to make that argument when Lute lost early in the conf tourney. Like it was a way of resting for the real games. Never really panned out then. Maybe this year is different, but the loses to me show weaknesses that will be exposed in the NCAAs.
