He absolutely would. Not even going to consider this to be Real, but in a thought exercise, we can break it down and it is very simple:
I already posted that I believe Tommy would bolt for Gonzaga if Mark Few retired at the end of this season. I have no reason to believe Tommy wouldn't bolt for a bag. If it doesn't work out he will always be able to fall back on out-living Mark Few and taking over there in a homecoming.
It is an interesting attempt to manipulate people into a frenzy overall. This is typical when a team is riding momentum. It's always the game within the game to cause turmoil off the court.
Ultimately everyone knows or should know that Mr. Humberto aka Gus Fring from Breaking Bad is going to have to ante up overall whenever the day comes.
I don't think he will, he seems to like it here in Tucson. After the Jedd situation, I don't see CTL leaving to the same school as Jedd.

There are so many additional factors to consider for Lloyd, if this silly rumors ever come to fruition.
The UW fans never show up to games, their arena and facilities don't compare, his kids primarily go to school in AZ and recruiting would be digitally easier in Tucson.
Jedd proved that money talks...but this seems like an unrealistic target for the Huskies.
Washington gets 1/2 the fans to games we get, actually LESS than 1/2, Mike Hopkins makes considerably LESS than Tommy does...if you think convincing Lloyd to move his family again to cold weather after they've relocated and established relationships here all for a few (and I mean MAYBE a few) bucks more then I've got a bridge on a lake near El Paso for sale I'd like you to look at.
Washington is a football school...the rumors about Tommy are all based on the idea that UofA is in serious financial trouble, which it IS NOT...just because Robbins screwed the pooches image does not mean UA cannot afford Tommy or won't improve his contract...especially once he gets us this years FF...
Now Hurley might be available and more in line with what Washington should be shopping for.
