Well, we know the HC!
New HC: Brent Brennan from SJSU. Solid hire here and he LOVES Arizona! He is the type of coach to stay for the career.
The rest of this is some projection as well as some high hopes and wishes.
DC: Johnny Nansen. Enough said? Maybe not. Great connection to the current roster of players, and while not the greatest recruiter, has a special connection with the island guys. Definitely has a unique bond with his players.
DB: Duane Akino. Our DBs really started clicking about mid-season this year. Man has more experience and knowledge than most in the game. He knows how to share that with his players.
WR: Kevin Cummings. He has coached with Brennan for four years at SJSU and knows him well. Also one of the closest coaches to the players on staff.
RB: Alonzo Carter. He may get the HC job at SJSU, but if not I love him here. Great recruiter!
I am not sure if we keep Cummings, but if not then Eric Scott from SJSU is not a bad get to come along with the HC.
I am not 100% sure we get Johnny Nansen. My hope is that we will and we do have a solid shot. IF not, then Derrick Odom from SJSU would be a good get at DC.
I would love to see other thoughts in here.

I've heard very high praise for Alonzo Carter, he'd be a great addition.
Obviously, Cummings and Nansen would allow the players to stay. Perhaps a promotion to Co-OC for Cummings would entice him to hang around and coach alongside an experienced coordinator.
If Nansen sticks with UT, Akino will be great as our DC. He loves Arizona and the players respect him.
What's the deal with the key pieces of our current staff? Would Paopao, Hunley, Richardson or Cecil have interest in staying? I wasn't sure which coaches were jumping to UW but I assumed Owens, Graham and Dougherty.
I'd love to get Kefense Hynson as an assistant coach from Oregon State. He'll likely be a head coach someday and knows both sides of the ball. Good young recruiter.
Mark Atuaia would also be a nice addition from Wazzu. Another tough Polynesian recruiter that would love to join the Big-12 (in lieu of falling into the OSU/WSU "non-conference" abyss).
Jim Zebrowski at KU is my local favorite for our OC position. He would guide Fifita tot he NFL and has done an amazing job at Kansas. Personally, I'm shocked that Leipold didn't get any consideration for the UW job after his rebuild and $5MM salary...
