The choice that sits on Heeke's desk is a tough one (in my very non-technical point of view).

Nansen is the best chance, arguably the only chance, at keeping the core of an incredibly talented team together. Specifically Noah and Tmac. However, he's the least head coach ready option of the lot. He doesn't have a staff that would come with him. To hire him is pushing all in on the hope the players stay.

The very likely scenario if you hire Nansen: players bolt anyway and you now have an inexperienced guy forced prematurely into the driver's seat based on circumstance and asked to rebuild.

The safe play. #Brennanrebuild.

Brennan will undoubtedly lead to a mass exodus. Noah, Tmac and likely everyone that can pull any amount of NIL will get picked clean. Brennan however has a staff and the acumen to make a team after the necessary rebuild. He likely has some key staff ready to come in and start working on a multi-year rebuild plan immediately.

The very likely scenario that the core players bolt a anyway, but at least you picked a sought after coach that is relatively ready to take that next step.

Hedge your bet, knowing the climate and culture of college sports is all business and you prioritize the long term health of the program.

I think Nansen is a safe bet. He proved that he can run a tough defense...and he turned the program around quickly.

The players know him and respect him enough that the roster would likely remain intact.

Brennan is a proven coach but Arizona lacks resources for a "good coach" to win a title. We need a guy who is exceptional and Nansen could bring Akina back, which would bring a ton of experience to the team.

All in on Nansen.

I vote neither. I would ask Noah and the Branch Servites if they want the money that would go to the Coach otherwise instead to stay (via legal and proper channels of course).

If they reject and go with Jedd I would pay a finite sum in an untraceable manner to leak Jedd's entire playbook out on the Blockchain as a BTC Ordinal. Which is 100% Immutable and in layman's terms it is essentially a fully decentralized NFT. No "Foundation" can control it such as "Ethereum".

An Ordinal can never be censored nor taken down via any legal action either. Jedd would be completely ruined.

Jedd does not get to have his cake and eat it to. He can go do whatever he wants with all our players in the Big10 with his entire playbook accessible to every Defensive Coordinator in the world.
