We all knew that Fisch was a job hopper (since he left his grad position at Florida). He lacks stability but finally found his payday.

The guy turned Arizona around and I hope we somehow retain Fifita and T-Mac (although it's extremely unlikely in today's transfer world).

If we hire somebody quickly, I assume that there's a chance to keep the core talent in Tucson. Those kids breathe Arizona football and I hope they stick it out for another year, before declaring for the draft.

Needs to be Carroll immediately! Try to HOLD the team together. Try to keep the recruits that have signed.
Can we get Pete Carroll as a temp OC for two years?
Can we get Tedi B to take the DC spot?

I would have to believe Jedd had to have forced UW to make a cash offer for Noah and McMillan at minimum to bring them.

Ted Bruschi needs to dial up his old pal Mike Vrabel right now..

Lol. GG.

Considering how it blindsided players, coaches and recruits - what source that wasn't Fisch himself would have known? His wife?!

I'm devastated.
This crushes AZ's ability to beat ASU football on a consistent and regular basis which is the most important thing to me.
I'm really so so disappointed.

Can't articulate my disappointment

Unless something miraculous is in the works to save us, we could very well be on our way back to the basement of college football.

Fish has gone from my favorite coach to my most despised.  Not for leaving us high and dry (though that hurts like hell), but for teaching the players that a lack of loyalty and integrity is acceptable.  Don't fall for the idea that it's ok to move for the money.  He already makes more in year than most of us will make in a lifetime.  At some point character matters.  We now know where his lies.  Good riddance.  I feel bad for his wife and children.

The Fisch family is already accustomed to relocating from place to place.  Jedd jumped to 16 different programs within his young 27 year career.  Only ONCE did he take a job within the same city (UCLA to the Rams in 2017), so moving is just part of his nomadic life.

The nomadic lifestyle is not why I feel bad for his family.  I feel bad for his family because he has no loyalty or integrity.  His wife seems to be ok with that (she suffers from the same maladies?), but he is teaching his kids that approach to life.  I mostly feel bad for the kids.

I don't think anyone needs to feel badly. Money matters. Maladjusted Loser Freak kids will just buy friends. The wife probably has a man in every city. This is how life works. Get the money, pay the shrinks later.
