I'm not worried about any of the changes except for Nansen's departure. Arizona will be fine without him but the guy was instrumental in our rebuild. Do we know the DC replacement? I'm too lazy to dig through the internet...

Some good options available, but
In my opinion, the best guy is already on staff. In fact, he has maybe more to do with the in season on field improvements on D. Mainly Maldonado and Stukes. That guy should be our new DC?

Agreed. He's a favorite with the players. Akina is respected in the locker room and can recruit.
Not sure if he can play calls or run practice but I'm sure he's capable
I would hire Bill Belichick. He can finally get some Sun. Lead a Desert Swarm Defense. Hire Mike Vrabel as an Assistant and Bruschi can be a Consultant. Recruiting would be Top Tier.
Time to empty the tank. This is the correct move at the right time.
I've heard worse ideas on this thread.
