It is not funny, but I can potentially see him having coached our team intoxicated. He ruined the careers of so many players on our team that were trending toward big things. So my summary here is no one is perfect, but I am just glad to hear no one was killed or injured in the process. At least from what this post says. I will not waste a google search on Sumlin. I was the #1 proponent of not wanting him at Arizona
Between him and Macowacker, we have had two of the worst FB hires ever by any school.
Have to mostly agree with arxpert on this one!
Similar to the Charlie Weis hire at Kansas, it looked really good on paper. Both coaches knew the game of football but didn't seem to care one bit about their final HC destination(s).
Glad that Fisch has us back on track. Arizona Football is relevant (and hopefully cracking the Top-25 with a win on Saturday).
