Zoom looks ridiculous in that cut rate Washington uniform.
He's way too good for that.
Hopefully Zoom doesn't cancel his visit. The atmosphere will be electric for a high stakes exhibition game against Lewis-Clark State. He won't want to miss out on a once-in-a-lifetime event like that.
I would love to see zoom commit to Arizona, I have my doughts however.
Unless Boswell or bradley have a big year an go pro, I've read he wants a big role an I am sure that means starting.
If Boswell or bradley were leaving after the year I could see him coming otherwise no.
It seems like gonzaga has to pg. As well like Arizona, usc an Washington probably have the sure minutes to give him, not sure about Kansas.
It all depends on what zoom wants.

It would be awesome to have him here, but I can't see it happening. I'm sure the schools with less crowded guard situations look the most appealing.
Agreed. If Boswell has a breakout season and is projected to be a first round pick, Diallo would be a perfect backfill. He'd have an opportunity to step in and run a veteran team on a national title run in 2024-25.
If not, I assume KU/USC/Gonzaga would be fighting for his services. DaJuan Harris is only a Junior...so unless he enters the draft early, Kansas is in the same boat as Arizona (and USC/Gonzaga would be the best fit for playing time).

Or Tommy can do the right thing and play the talent. Boswell may be very overrated at the moment. Big time wait and see. Bradley may end up being asked to transfer out for all we know. We still have KJ too. Not going to bother with Conrad. If any of them are not playing at star level, then there is no reason to waste time developing them. This is the NIL era. As the old saying goes, shit or get off the pot. Tommy cannot be afraid to replace players who aren't living up to expectations.
KJ will play a major role on the team when Pelle leaves but he won't be a PG.
Conrad needs to make serious progress before he earns a significant minutes.
Until Boswell and/or Bradley leaves, Arizona is in good shape.
Washington would allow him to showcase himself from Day 1, and he wouldn't need to play actual defense very much. He'd have to plug his nose and swallow the fact that Mike Hopkins is somehow still employed, but it's only for half a year anyway. Maybe he could even leverage his commitment into the firing of Mike Hopkins lmao that would be a boss move.
It's all about what zoom wants, some say washington is offering him a photo nil, however does he want to be on a losing team?
Gonzaga has 2 starting pgs. This year.
I kinda figured Gonzaga will be the choice because of it being close to home an I think he stated it's a dream school, however his recruitment seems to be all over the place.
Hopefully Lloyd can pull this one out, I would love to add him in 24 class.

In my opinion, our only chance of getting him is if he is okay with playing a couple years in college. If his plan is to go One & Done, you kinda need the keys to the car to do that, and Idk if Arizona and Gonzaga will be able to promise that. Unless he's just certain that he will outperform everybody else for the job right away.
There's a chance that Nembhard jumps to the league after one season in Spokane and they don't really have any other scoring threats in the backcourt. Hickman is a decent assist guy but hasn't developed as a shooter so Diallo would take an immediate role on next year's team.
UW can offer playing time and has a pedigree for sending kids to the pros...without winning basketball games. I assume that they'll get slaughtered in their first Big-10 season (even if Zoom is running the show).
To me nembhard an Hickman, are our Boswell an bradley different players but both have to starting quality pg.
Which I wonder if zoom would commit to a school that is loaded at pg.
Zoom has stated he wants a big role, he is likely a one year player.
Washington big nil but likely losing team, usc will lose boogie an likely collier who a top pg. Recruit that will probably play only one year, so they could have plenty of minutes there.
I've always thought zoom would go to gonzaga, won't surprise if he still does but they do still have the 2 guards.
Maybe that is why he has not committed.
From reading articles on zoom it sound me like he would stay in Washington, who knows he now plays basketball in California.
The fact tommey Lloyd is still recruiting zoom when he has Boswell an bradley tells me he must expect one to leave after the year or he wants to load up on that posion.
