Christian Rolland-Wallace is gone and showed well at USC this last week. Some people question me when I say that Prysock is a better CB prospect, but I will say that Prysock is the better player. Imagine a D where those two were the two starting CBs? Won't see that here.
So what do we have at the CB spots?
#7 Ephesians Prysock

We have had some very good CBs at Arizona over the years. It is my feeling that this young man may have the highest ceiling of any of others we have had. It may start with his size, speed, agility, but there is his understanding of the game and maturity. EP could be one of the best in the PAC and a potential draft pick. Oh yea, I said that word again! I leave that right there.

I project this will be the starting CB across from Prysock. I hear people saying he will have to adjust to the D1 speed coming from CalPoly, but he started his career at Illinois and played in ten games as a true freshman. Injury set him back and he went to Poly. Now we are lucky enough to have him as part of our D. He is mature and has been in college since 2018.
#17 Charles Yates Jr

Yates has looked very good at times and not so much at other times during Fall Camp. He has shown his ability and needs to become more consistant. We should have him for multiple years and hopefully he can contribute this year and gain valuable experience for the future. Should rotate at CB.
#23 Tacario Davis

I like this kid a lot! Maybe it is why I love Fafita, because their names sound like Fajita and Taco? Nah!
Davis is a little behind Prysock, but has great length and is developing quickly in our system. I expect to see him in the rotation as the seaso progresses and should be a clear starter at some point in the future here at Arizona.

Kid is short but he has speed and moves that make him a dangerous player. I hope to see him in the return game for sure with his explosiveness. He has looked realy good at camp and maybe the biggest knock on him is his size. Big play potential!
#33 Emmanuel Karnley

Talented kid with good offers coming out of HS and good size as well. Should develope into a solid player for us while here at Arizona. Will need to add strength for sure.
