I used to feel joy in the times of UofA being the hammer while ASU was the nail, however ASU has really changed and fallen off since my day. The word Overrated comes to mind. I take pity on ASU. They have done the least with the most resources imaginable by far in the Nation as far as I'm concerned.

There's no need to feel compassion or pity for their players, coaches or fanbase.

We'll forget about them when they're playing in the Mountain West in 2026. Good riddance.

My pity is definitely not compassion. They deserve every ounce of irrelevance they have or will have.
