Both baseball and softball have struggled this year, but baseball has won FIVE in a row and have a five game stretch coming up after the OSU series where we could and should sweep. That would get us a solid position for the tourney bid and a chance to redeam ourselves this year. Pitching has been less than stellar and cost us some games.
They have both been a hard watch, nice to see baseball gathering some steam, have the bats, just needed the pitching to step it up. CCL has some work to do on the softball side, needs to get an elite pitcher! Thats the key in WCSB.
