I purchased the shout box and it requires a subscription, it might be an issue with their servers or my web host. It's been uninstalled and reinstalled and that did not fix it. Now I have to wait on a support ticket response.

Always surprises me to see McKale at the top tier when you need to be at least 70 to get seats in Rows 1-30 and they don't show up to most games if they start after 8pm. Then in early games, they don't bother to get to their seats until about 5 minutes left in the 1st half like they have better things to do.
