Cam Johnson's official visit with the Arizona Wildcats is this weekend. I don't see how he doesn't commit to the Miller/Romar team

What makes you think he commits?

He is a 3/4 guy right? With Alkins and Chance still undecided I would think he'd hold out till the roster situation was a little more clear.

If he were to commit, who do you think would be impacted the most? Ira lee and Pinder? I guess that depends on if he is more of a 3 or a 4.

With Kobi Simmons and possibly Rawle Alkins both leaving, there are shots available on the perimeter for Johnson. Kentucky is in the running for Kevin Knox. If he were to pick Kentucky, that would greatly lessen Johnson's potential role in Kentucky.  Also, Hamidou Diallo like Rawle is testing the NBA waters as well and if he left it would open up playing time at Kentucky. The latest news on Diallo says he's leaning on staying in school while Rawle's leaning in the other direction.  Arizona has the edge, but the NBA combine could change all of that. It's just a waiting game now.

Makes sense. I didn't even consider Knox in all this. I never really expected Hamidou to stay in the draft. That guy could be a lottery pick next year if he stays so it really doesn't make sense for him to bolt this year and maybe find his way into the first round.

I'm really surprised to hear Rawle is leaning towards staying in. He's a great player but there are quite a few other 2 guards I would take ahead of him in this year's draft. I can't understand why he would want to go unless he feels like his stock won't improve from coming back. Or he feels like the combine will really boost his stock.

Check Rawle's twitter below. Everything he says has him with one foot out the door.  I'd love to be wrong and have him back next season.
