So much for the messiah Fifta. Can't imagine he will ever see a snap for us at this rate.

Fifita is the messiah. Players are following him to Arizona. Whether or not he is Moses is the question. Can he lead Arizona out of the desert of losing? And our QB room wasn't exactly stocked with top tier talent. If you put all your hopes and dreams on one QB, then what happens when he sprains an ankle or gets concussed? I am much happier with JDL and Fifita as our top 2 QB options than McCloud and Cruz and Plummer...

Agreed.  DeLaura will likely start immediately because he has college experience and could act as the guinea pig as the program transitions.

Fifita will eventually be our starter for at least 2 (hopefully 3) years.  He's WAY too gifted to sit on the bench beyond his first 1-2 years (as he bulks up and learns the system).

McCloud is legit but I don't know how he'll recover from injury.  Even if he gets buried behind JDL/Fifita on the depth chart, I think the staff will find a way to get him on the field (in the Wildcat or as a WR).

Nice to finally have some LEGIT depth at QB.  With these guys under center last year, we would have easily won more games.

So if you were Noah, you'd transfer out rather than competing? Than God and greyhound you're not him.

I agree with this considering our OL is likely going to get "JDL" squashed sooner than later. But in the event the OL is effective and "JDL" stays healthy I just don't think the messiah Fifta will sit around for 2-3 years on the bench watching "JDL" become the star and backbone of Tucson football before transferring.

Actually IF he has a good year he is eligibible for the draft next year and could make the jump after one year at Arizona. Letting Naoh RS a year and have four years to play. Remember he can play four games and keep his RS.

Remember Cruz left WSU because de Laura was named the starter.

Fair enough. A UofA QB leaving early for the NFL Draft will have to be the day hell freezes over and I turn back to being a Babyface as opposed to a Heel.
