The ideal modern-day big man, Ayton can block shots, run the floor and shoot it from deep. Such a high ceiling. The next guy is the better player, but Ayton is the better fit.

The odds are in his favor that a frontcourt player will be the first player chosen. In fact, the odds are heavily in favor of it happening. Since the NBA introduced the lottery in 1985, only four guards -- Allen Iverson, Derrick Rose, John Wall and Kyrie Irving -- have been drafted first.
