Absolutely. They physically removed him from his own residence, in front of his family. I think there's sufficient reason to sue the FBI for their actions, considering the fact that they haven't penalized ANY other violators in a similar manner. Book deserves compensation and (more importantly) his reputation.

I agree. I would represent him. I believe he would win if the case were presented on the reputation side of the argument. There were a lot of mistakes made and Dawkins even profited off of it with selling his story in the documentary.
