Arizona QB de Laura & WR McMillan get new cars in NIL deal with Jim Click!

Arizona quarterback Jayden de Laura and wide receiver Tetairoa McMillan have each landed a new Dodge as part of a deal with Tucson’s Jim Click Auto.

Friends of Wilbur & Wilma facilitated the deal.

I'll say 2 things about this -

1. De Laura didn't earn it at all.
2. It's good that someone in town stepped up. Shows recruits and transfers that the town of Tucson has something to offer besides Eegee's and Filibertos.

On a rebuilding team, deLaura finished 3rd in the PAC-12 in passing. The other QB’s with similar numbers are Heisman candidates.

JDL threw a lot of picks but made the best of Arizona’s situation. Hopefully, he’ll be careful with the ball in 2023, get drafted and allow Fifita to step into the starting role in ‘24.
