How do they do it without violating the rules? A friend of a booster? So it's not actually a booster or anyone directly within the program? Genuinely curious. I'm not familiar with the loopholes.

Good question. This what the FSU program is getting investigated for, yet everyone is doing it. Likely someone with money NOT a part of the staff doing all the fishing out. That way the staff can say? We did not know it was happening.

This is one of the many reasons that the NIL was an awful idea. It would be nice to have "some" rules in place. It's difficult to regulate random boosters when they reach out to kids that are currently enrolled at other schools.
