I don't wanna overreact to any workout video but this one does get me excited. Terry was not good at dribbling last year and often lost control of the ball. Part of his struggles were strength related too.  If Terry (Hopefully Mathurin too) improves his handle a decent amount it will make a huge difference. If he can get himself to the rim more it will draw fouls, help him score easier, help draw help defenders and thus get teammates better looks too. Our season ending earlier than others will hopefully give us an advantage next year as guys have more time to put in work like this.

Since it sounds like Rounds is staying...Terry will fill out nicely. Can't wait to see him progress over the years.

This is great to see. The last Cat that put in a significant above average workload on their game in the offseason was Trier. While his teamwork may have lacked, his playmaking, explosiveness and shooting all improved drastically.

Daley has the body to be elite and looks to have the work ethic too. Keep grinding young man!
